Fountain Tire is seeking a dedicated accounting professional to lead our dynamic accounting team as the Manager of Finance Insights & Transformation, based in our South Edmonton Corporate Head Office.
This role supports the strategic transformation roadmap that advances financial automation, analytics, AI-enabled capabilities, process improvement and scalable ways of working. The Manager, Finance Insights & Transformation helps strengthen the Finance teams' ability to generate actionable insights, improve decision quality and deliver measurable business value.

Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a key liaison between Finance, Business Applications, Data & AI teams and business stakeholders to align technology capabilities with business priorities.
- Support the development and ongoing maintenance of a multi-year Finance transformation roadmap aligned to enterprise strategy, Finance priorities, business unit and program segment objectives.
- Coordinate and conduct current-state assessments across Finance, program segments and business units to identify and prioritize opportunities to enhance efficiency, effectiveness and scalability.
- Prepare business cases for transformation initiatives, including investment requirements, expected benefits, risks, dependencies and implementation considerations.
- Partner with CFO, Finance Directors, and Finance Managers to prioritize initiatives and engage with other leaders to align transformation priorities with strategic objectives and organizational capacity.
- Lead and partner support and, where appropriate, manage the assessment, recommendation, testing, and implementation of upgrades, feature releases or enhancements to existing business systems and technologies
- Support the advancement of analytical capabilities through the use of predictive analytics, driver-based planning and emerging technologies.
- Partner with the Data Analytics & AI team on governance processes that support data integrity, consistency and effective use of information.
- Provide business-focused analysis and recommendations to the CFO, Finance Directors, program leaders and business unit stakeholders.
- Partner with Finance leadership and Human Resources to evolve roles, responsibilities and provides input into roles, responsibilities and capability needs that support long-term transformation objectives.
What does it take to get on track?
- A minimum undergraduate business degree, combined with a professional accountant designation
- 7 years of experience in a progressively responsible accounting role and 3 years in a leadership role
- Demonstrated experience working collaboratively with Finance, Business Applications, Data & AI teams, business units and operational leaders to design and implement scalable solutions
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence, align and support outcomes across diverse stakeholder groups without direct authority.
- Strong general accounting knowledge coupled with a sound understanding of business processes, the interrelationship of business functions, corporate governance issues and operational needs
- Ability to transform complex data into clear, concise and actionable insights that support decision-making and contribute to measurable business value.
- Experience working with information systems, integrated planning platforms, cloud‑first FP&A tools and other enabling technologies (ex. AI, Atlas XL, Financial Reporter, Power BI, Power Automate)
- Strong business acumen, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, exemplary work ethic and an ability to motivate and lead by example.
