We are seeking a dedicated Marketing Communications Manager to be a key player in our dynamic Marketing team based in our South Edmonton Corporate Head Office.
This role will serve as a strategic leader within our Marketing team, driving impactful communication and campaign initiatives that elevate Fountain Tire’s brand across retail and commercial markets. Acting as a collaborative partner to internal teams and external agencies, the Marketing Communications Manager will champion innovative marketing strategies, foster a high-performing team culture, and ensure measurable business results. With a focus on creativity, data-driven decision-making, and cross-functional collaboration, this role plays a key part in strengthening our market presence and supporting sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership: Provide day-to-day leadership and mentorship to the campaign and communications team, fostering a culture of performance, accountability, and continuous skill development.
Brand & Content Collaboration: Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners, including agencies, to strengthen brand presence, support sales performance, by managing the development and maintenance of content assets through effective coordination.
Marketing Campaign Management: Develop and oversee integrated marketing campaigns and communication plans aligned with Fountain Tire’s strategy for retail and commercial customers by managing creative development, media planning, and content across email, web, and social media channels.
Performance Measurement & PR Management: Lead campaign performance measurement and reporting by tracking KPIs with internal and industry data, while managing the sponsorships, PR initiatives, and related requests.
Marketing Automation: Drive the development and execution of marketing automation strategies and new initiatives by collaborating cross-functionally.
Budgeting: Lead the development and execution of innovative marketing initiatives while contributing to annual budgeting through cost analysis and strategic planning to drive business results.
